Q: How do you request a quote?

A: We have integrated a form on the contact page on this website so you can begin the process of building your vehicle. Once you have completed this form it will be emailed to a sales representative who will then be in contact with you to have a formal quote drafted. Q: How do I check the status of my vehicle?

A: Please contact your sales representative to get an updated status of your vehicle. It is important to understand there is a 4-6 week lead time on most equipment for your vehicle. For more specialty items, the lead time can be longer depending on what you are needing in your vehicle.

Q: Where do I get a vehicle for upfitting?

A: ISV is partnered with Ford dealerships; we do not purchase the vehicles, but rather is a “satellite location.” All vehicle purchases will still be made through the dealership. If you require a different make and model of vehicle, please contact your local automotive dealer for purchase of a vehicle.

Q: Can ISV transfer equipment from vehicles?

A: ISV can transfer lighting and equipment from most vehicles to the next. It is important to note that not all lighting and equipment will transfer from one make and model to the next. In some instances, equipment will not transfer from one model year to the next. Please contact your sales representative for questions concerning the transfer of equipment.

Q: Who do I contact for service on vehicle equipment?

A: If you are in need of service on your vehicle, please contact your sales representative to schedule a time for service. Often times we can scheduled within a few days to ensure your vehicle is back in service as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer mobile services?

A: ISV has a fully equipped vehicle to handle location services, however some repairs will require the vehicle to be dropped at our location for service. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Q: Do you provide painting services?

A: Yes, please contact your local body shop if these services are needed.

Q: Are you able to tint vehicle windows?

A: Yes, if you require tinted windows, please contact your sales representative to have this service scheduled.
